I. To promote scientific research on, and to facilitate the exchange of work and ideas about, the economic and interdisciplinary analysis of non-market decision making processes and institutions. The Societys interest is in theoretical rigor, empirical and experimental testing, and real world applications.
II. To support the further development and spread of research as described above in Europe.
III.To sponsor annual meetings, small workshop conferences, joint meetings with other societies and to engage in such other activities as will promote the objectives stated above
